ICAT Management Team

The employees and agency partners at ICAT Logistics are the driving force behind each successful interaction with our customers. Our experiences and expertise are diverse, but our mission is the same: to help all those we touch grow more profitably.

Rick Campbell:

President & CEO

Rick founded ICAT in October 1993. His career started in 1982 with CF Airfreight. From there he assumed four different leadership roles over the next 5 years, and was also positioned as the Northeast Regional Cargo Manager at American Airlines.

Rick opened an air freight forwarding agency in BWI for a now defunct company in 1992. His time spent as an agency owner caused him to think about the relationship he had with the corporate office and how it might be improved. That experience was the driving factor behind the start of ICAT Logistics, Inc. A place where every teammate and partner felt included, important, and had their voice heard!

Rick’s chief focus are his wife and four children. His passions are obvious when you get to know him – his family and coaching. When he mentors young men in a variety of sports his passion definitely shows. ”I believe sports imitate life, and the playing fields and courts are a great platform to share those lessons.”

Jeanie Perkins:

VP of Administration

Being one of the original ICAT employees, Jeanie has had the opportunity to assist the company in growing from the ground up. She began her career as a gate agent with Eastern Airlines at Friendship Airport, now known as Baltimore Washington International. After ten years with Eastern, she was hired by Rick Campbell as Administrative Assistant for American Airlines’ Northeast Regional Freight Sales Office. This was the beginning of understanding freight vs. passengers.

Joining Rick Campbell and Steve Briggs in 1993, together they began moving freight as ICAT Logistics, Inc. and providing home office support for a network of agency owned offices. Throughout the years, she has held various positions, including Administrations Manager, Operations Manager, Training Manager, and currently serves as Vice President of Administration and focuses mainly on nurturing and maintaining the ICAT culture. When Jeanie is not working she enjoys swimming, running, camping, and spending time with her family.

Steve Briggs:

VP of Information Technology

Steve has over 25 years of industry experience. He began his career with Pilot Air Freight before joining ICAT as its first employee. In 1999, he transitioned to his current position from Operations Manager for the BWI Logistics Office. Steve is uniquely able to bring his operations experience into play when developing solutions for customers and ICAT employees alike.

If you can’t find Steve playing with the latest piece of geek gadgetry, he’s probably volunteering his IT expertise to family, friends, and the elementary school where his wife teaches. An avid football fan (what non-purists would call soccer), Steve will take time to discuss the finer points of the beautiful game with anyone.

Ann Bruno:

Senior VP of Strategic Accounts

Ann is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in French, and a minor in International Business. She started a career overseas working for global trade enterprises, including American Export Group and Horizon Trading. She went on to found Olimpex International, which she sold to TBB Logistics in 2004.

Bruno brings more than 25 years of expertise in global commerce and international transportation management to the position, with specialized knowledge in the areas of transportation and international government regulatory compliance. These areas are critical components to the achievement of ICAT’s current goals to expand its international footprint going forward. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, football, and yoga!

Michele Pohuski:

Director of Personnel Growth

Michele is the Director of Personnel Growth at ICAT Logistics. She started her career with ICAT in 1996 in the accounting department. From there, she held various roles within the company, including support positions in administration, business development, marketing, and expo sales. Currently, her role involves the integration, growth, and development of all ICAT home office employees, making sure they have the tools necessary to excel in what they do best.

When Michele is not working, she is spending time with her husband and two children. Most weekends she can be found at a baton twirling competition or on a baseball field; often with a book in hand. She is passionate about reading, continued learning, outdoor activities, and being with family.

Hann Livingston:

Chief Growth Officer

Hann joined ICAT in 2016 to oversee marketing and fully support ICAT’s goal to become the #1 agency-based freight forwarder in the United States by expanding the agency network. Hann’s logistics experience has been focused on managing expansion into new U.S. and international markets, employee and agent-partner performance objectives and incentives, and vendor acquisition and negotiation.

Hann began his logistics career in 2002 with Service By Air, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President/COO and oversaw domestic and international operations, sales, marketing, compliance, IT, and supply-chain/warehouse management.

Hann holds MBAs from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Master’s degree in Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism. He is a graduate of Middlebury College. He has two children, three dogs, and a bad golf and travel addiction.

Michael Alsop:

Executive Director of Corporate Operations & Compliance

Michael joined ICAT in 2017 to focus on developing solutions for ICAT’s field operations, ultimately allowing expanded service offerings and revenue opportunities, as well as solidifying vendor relationships and identifying areas of mutual benefit.

With over 35 years of logistics experience, Michael has dealt with all transportation modes. Immediately prior to joining ICAT, he served as General Manager at a large U.S.-based logistics provider’s Philadelphia terminal. This particular location was consistently ranked #1 in growth, revenue, and profitability throughout the provider’s network of 150+ terminals.

Michael attended Loyola-Marymount University in Los Angeles where he graduated with degrees in Economics and History. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family exploring the tidewater area of Virginia.

Ginger Bartlett:

Director of Corporate Operations

Ginger has many roles here at ICAT that all contribute to the growth and success of the company. Since joining ICAT in 2005, she has been responsible for Vendor Relations, Agency Relations, TSA Security Coordinator, Compliance Director, Insurance and Claims, and ICAT’s Corporate Operations department. Her many years of experience in LTL, Expedited LTL, Airline Cargo Logistics Management, and Freight Forwarding are of great value.

A native Texan, Ginger is passionate about Cowboys football and spends her free time working on projects around the house, as well as her love of playing piano, needlework, and involvement in church activities.

Tex Williams:

Chief Financial Officer

Tex has over 35 years of experience in the accounting/financial world. He began his career in manufacturing companies, but after four years, switched to service companies. Tex also did a four year stint in Maryland State Government as the Chief Deputy Treasurer. These days, he tends to focus on increasing efficiencies and change management, along with financial reporting.

When Tex is out of the office, you can find him working around the yard or working on his 1953 MGTD. He also enjoys beach time with his wife and two grown sons.

Michele Voegele:

Credit and Collections Manager

Michele joined ICAT in 2004 as the Credit & Collections Manager with over 25 years of experience. She began her career with a worldwide electronic company, and held progressive positions with Panasonic from Credit Clerk to Credit Supervisor.

Michele is married with two grown children. She is an active member of two organizations that help raise money for local charities, including the ASPCA and Special Olympics. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, socializing with family and friends, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens!

Nicole Reed:

Director of Marketing

Nicole started her career at ICAT in 2013 after graduating with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Prior to pursuing a degree in business, she graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with an A.A.S. in Interior Design. She has over 10 years of customer service experience and is always looking for new ways to strengthen bonds with customers, agency partners, and employees alike.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying great food, being on the water, traveling to new places, and attending concerts and festivals. She loves to paint and has a slight obsession with her Basset Hound.
