Difficult times like the ones we find ourselves in now often bring people together. At ICAT, we do so by keeping our team informed in an open and transparent manner, assisting wherever possible for clarification and understanding. We feel our transparency and ‘everyone matters’ approach enables our teammates to focus their time on our customers because we are focusing on them. Communication is key during this time of uncertainty. The knowledge and level of involvement our folks have not only helps them navigate challenging times for themselves and their families, but also for our clients.

We will continue to keep our team informed and supported enabling them to stay committed to you, our customers. Our goal and efforts continue—to provide the best experience possible to all those we touch.

An update on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

How ICAT Logistics is Preparing

As the world is faced with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, the safety of our employees, customers, and partners, as well as our ability to service our customers’ accounts seamlessly, are top priorities for us at ICAT Logistics. We are monitoring this developing situation daily. Our team is reviewing reputable news sources, recommendations from the CDC, and other relevant organizations as they become available to best prepare us in this effort.

Our intent is not to cause or escalate fear, but to communicate the steps we have taken during this time of uncertainty. ICAT has established the capability for our team to remotely access all facets of our business to ensure the safe and timely movement of cargo. Should we find ourselves in a containment zone or feel a local outbreak is imminent, our remote access will allow us to continue to effectively provide the best level of service possible.

We are in close contact with our vendor partners who play a critical role in assisting ICAT in the movement of our customers’ freight. We will make every attempt to address any industry related delays or disruptions that could potentially affect the supply chain.

ICAT is prepared to navigate through these challenging circumstances with all those we touch, including our team members, clients, vendors, and agency partners.
